Delivery terms and conditions

The delays:


The delays of preparation shown on the website for any product will start from the moment where we treat the order, and after confirmation by mail. (During workdays)
The delay for the product which needs to be ordered depends fully on our supplier. You will be informed as soon as we know it by mail.
If one of the products “under treatmen”t of your order is not available in range and shown available on the website, we are committed to contact you by mail or phone from the date of your purchase and 30 days to inform you and let you know how long it will take for us to send the product if available again.
We send all the purchase from Monday 2pm to Friday 4pm included

Delivery:

All the products are sent through La Poste, every day at 4pm, the price is calculated according to the weight of the purchase
For all the surfboards, longboards, Stand Up Paddle, we are working with an independent carrier, the price changes according to the size and weight of the board, contact us for more informations.
The delays of shipping start when the purchase leaves our shop with the carrier and when you will receive the “confirmation” mail from us.
2) Only the countries indicated in your order can be delivered by our carrier .
3) For competitive reasons , we do not deliver individual customers in France. In this case you can go to a dealer identified partner on our map .

Problem of delivery because of the carrier

Any trouble with your order (missing products according to your bill, broken items, damaged package…) has to be notify to the carrier on the delivery statement (handwritten), and signed by the customer.
The customer must contact us by mail franceouestcomposites@gmail.com, and send a copy of that delivery statement signed by the customer and the carrier to our address:

From the reception of the mail, and if it’s proved that the product is damaged, we will proceed to its replacement.
The delays of delivery and availability of the products mentioned on the website might eventually change according the stock.
FRANCE OUEST COMPOSITES is not responsible for any delays or loss from the carrier. In that case any cancellation of the purchase is possible.
In case of no reception of your order, in the indicated delays, an investigation will be open with the carrier which can take several days (ex:21 days with La Poste). During that time, no refund or resending is possible.

Misdeliveries or wrong product:

The customer must contact us the day of reception, no later than the next workday, for any
complaint which concerns a mistake or to claim the reception of a product which is not
corresponding to the description shows on the order statement. Any complaint after that delay will
be rejected.

Returns:

If you want to cancel your purchase, you will have to pay the shipping cost
The shipping cost for an exchange of a product will be take in charge by FRANCE OUEST COMPOSITES (not include the products with reduced price)
For all the products in sales, discount, the shipping cost for the exchange will be be paid by the customers according for the products resent. The refunds are credited to your account on franceouestcomposites.com
All the shipping which concerns a wrong product according to the statement, will be take in charge by FOC
All the refund of the shipping cost is based on the price applicable by the carrier.
All the products resend by the customer must be complete, unused, in the original package with a copy of the bill. All the products received by us incomplete, used, or dirty will be resend to the customer who will take in charge the shipping cost.
We are committed to make an exchange, voucher or a refund within a maximum period of 30 days following the reception of the products by us.
No “against payment” will be accepted from us in any situation.
